The hydraulic unit is a major, unique feature of the Hand Pallet Truck.
 It consists of a cast iron block with a fully airtight fluid system which prevents the ingress of dirt, dust and moisture. This keeps the hydraulic oil clean and prevents excessive wear on the pump unit and the seals. Other advantages are an overload protection and a lowering mechanism controlled by a double decompression valve enabling all loads to be lowered smoothly. Maintenance is simple, with all the moving parts easily replaceable. The hydraulic unit is designed to provide high performance and exceptional sturdiness.
The Brake
Sometimes hand pallet trucks are used on slopes, trucks and on loading ramps etc. In those uses it is necessary for safety, to slow down or stop the hand pallet truck with a brake.

Special fork lengths and widths over the forks
In order to meet all your possible requirements, Jungheinrich features a comprehensive range of special fork lengths and widths over the forks for handling a wide range of loads. Either extremely bulky loads such as chipboard or laminated sheets or various materials - or conversely, extremely heavy compact loads such as safes, tin plate pallets or small stillages.
Besides we offer the TML for use in applications where the standard truck cannot enter because of low ground clearance. The TML is a low clearance 4-way entry truck with a capacity of 4,000 lbs. and a lowered height of 2″.
