Cherry’s Best Price Guarantee is for the lowest price online for a comparable Pallet Jack of the same quality, subject to the following terms and restrictions.

Advertised Pricing.  If you find a Pallet Jack product which is sold by Cherry’s at a lower current advertised price (in U.S. dollars) at an authorized and reputable online web retailer and their payment options, shipping and delivery services are the same, please forward us the advertised price in writing along with a link to the product site showing the competitor offer.  Competitive prices found online must be printed out completely with proof of competitor's name, item make, manufacturer model number, and the offer's expiration date clearly visible. Once confirmed, Cherry’s will match any competitor’s advertised online pricing.  In order to receive Cherry’s matching pricing, buyer must place a signed written order with Cherry’s by close of business on the seventh calendar day following Cherry’s offer to match competitor pricing.  Buyer may submit subsequent requests for price matching.

Quotes.  If you have received a quote for a Pallet Jack product which is not based on publicly advertised pricing by an authorized distributor, we will do our best to earn your business.  Please forward us the quote you received in writing along with a link to the product site showing the competitor offer.  We must be able to confirm the competitor’s name, item make, manufacturer model number, and the quote’s expiration date.  When you carry as many products as we do, it's hard to guarantee the absolute lowest price on every single one of our pallet handling products, but all current competitor quotes will be reviewed and matched when possible.  Competitor quotes and advertised pricing must be current when submitted to Cherry’s.  Any matching pricing offered by Cherry’s will expire at the close of business on the seventh calendar day following issuance of our matching quote.  In order to receive Cherry’s matching pricing, buyer must place a signed written order with Cherry’s by close of business on the seventh calendar day following the date of Cherry’s matching quote.

At PalletTruck.com, we believe that the service level we offer our customers is part of our value.  Cherry’s three-year product warranty applies to all Pallet Jacks and is always included in our pricing.

Disclaimer:  Cherry’s does not price match with web or other retailers who do not publicly display pricing, nor with sellers who are not authorized by the manufacturer to sell the product.  We’re sorry, but the Price Guarantee cannot apply to a competitor’s clearance, discontinued, or limited quantity sale items.  The Price Guarantee does not apply in the case of erroneous or inaccurate pricing, or mistakes, including typographical errors, in the prices posted by competitors.  The Price Guarantee may not apply in the case of competitor price quotes which are not generally available to the public, although Cherry’s will match competitor quotes wherever possible.  The Price Guarantee applies solely to Pallet Jacks and not to any other product lines offered by Cherry’s.  We reserve the right to limit the number of products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers.  The Price Guarantee may not be combined with any other offer or discount.
